Princeton Area Airports

Princeton can be reached via four international airports and one local airport.

Train Transportation to and from Airports

SEPTA regional rail
215.580.7800 to and from Philadelphia International Airport
Take the NJ Transit Northeast Corridor line from Princeton Junction station (southbound) to Trenton station. Transfer to the SEPTA R7 train to Philadelphia 30th Street Station. Take the SEPTA R1 train from 30th Street to the airport.

NJ TRANSIT Trains

Take the Northeast Corridor line from Princeton Junction station (northbound) to Newark Liberty International Airport station and transfer to the AirTrain monorail to the airport.

Take the Northeast Corridor line from Princeton Junction station (northbound) to New York Penn station.  From NY Penn station follow Directions for AirTrain from NY Penn Station.

973.275.5555 to and from LaGuardia International Airport
Take the Northeast Corridor line from Princeton Junction station (northbound) to New York Penn station.  From NY Penn station take the NYC Airporter to the airport.

Take the Northeast Corridor line from Princeton Junction station (northbound) to Trenton station.  Transportation to the airport is available via taxi. Go to Transportation to Trenton Mercer Airport for more information.

Train Transportation to PPPL 

Amtrak and NJ Transit operate trains along the Northeast Corridor rail line with stops at Princeton Junction.

Travelers from central Philadelphia may take the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) R7 line to Trenton, N.J.  Riders must then transfer to NJ Transit's Northeast Corridor line to Princeton Junction.

PPPL/Forrestal campus is approximately 5 miles north of the Princeton Junction train station.
